James Martin channels Keith Floyd as he travels through France in Floyd’s old 2CV for this series that’s been considerably revised since it was shown in an afternoon slot earlier this year. Starting off in Saint-emilion, James borrows heavily from Floyd with lots of wine-drinking and arm-waving as he cooks bordelaise sauce and poached pears in red wine.
