Gravity
film / 7.10pm / ITV2
Sci-fi films don’t usually do well at the Oscars – they’re not really serious drama, are they? But Gravity nabbed seven statuettes, a testament to how brilliantly the film follows through on its simple, heartin-mouth premise – a satellite above Earth hit by space debris, leaving its astronauts (George Clooney, Sandra Bullock) to fix the damage or plummet to their deaths. A piece of advice: remember to breathe.
