Don’t let the title put you off. This offbeat movie is as much a psychological drama as it is a gory chiller. Teen Max Records is a diagnosed sociopath who struggles to curb his aggressive impulses. But his homicidal leanings also make him an effective sleuth when a serial killer is loose. Records delivers a fine, nuanced performance as the anti-social hero.
