On Amanda’s 45th birthday in 2012 she ran the London Marathon for the first time to raise money for Breast Cancer Care.

Amanda has been close friends with Paul O’grady since the 1990s when they starred in the play Elegies for Angels, Punks and Raging Queens at the

King’s Head Theatre in London.
