Be­com­ing jane (1.00pm), star­ring Anne Hath­away and Julie Wal­ters. Then, at 2.50pm,

My Friend jane meets the su­per-fans, or Janeites, who revel in ev­ery de­tail of Austen’s nov­els, life and Re­gency pe­riod. Fi­nally, self-con­fessed Janeite Lucy Wors­ley ex­plores the places where the au­thor lived and their in­flu­ence on her work in jane Austen: Be­hind Closed Doors (3.20pm). Af­ter vis­it­ing Jane’s birth­place in Hamp­shire, Lucy vis­its stately homes owned by Jane’s wealth­ier rel­a­tives, which in­spired pride and prej­u­dice.
