Lots of telly makes us shed a tear, but this show leaves us in a deeply embarrassing, blubbering mess. It’s worth it, though, for the incredible life-affirming stories we get to witness each week. Tonight, the new series kicks off with a divorced couple on good terms, Marion and James, who are looking for the son they were forced to give up as teenagers. The couple went on to have two little girls before they split, but the family has always felt that somebody was missing… Also tonight, a daughter who is desperate to find her birth mother before it’s too late. Let’s hope Davina and Nicky can bring them some good news.
