We love this fun snap of the Midsomer Murders gang having a ball at the glitzy Monte Carlo Television Festival as they celebrate the 20th anniversary of the ITV crime drama. Leading man Neil Dudgeon (DCI John Barnaby) was joined on the red carpet by new partner-in-crime-solving Nick Hendrix (DS Jamie Winter) and Fiona Dolman, his on-screen wife, Sarah.

Fans were also delighted to see Neil’s former sidekick Gwilym Lee, who played DS Charlie Nelson from series 16 to 18, join in the festivities.

The remaining two episodes of season 19 are set to air later this year. The six-part milestone series will hit our screens in 2018.
