As Louise recovers in hospital, after being burned at her prom, mum Lisa – who made a shock return to see her injured daughter – heads to Albert Square, a woman on a mission. She wants her girl back and out of the clutches of her ex, Phil. The Mitchells are thrown into panic as Lisa goes to extreme lengths to get what she wants, and Sharon has a job on her hands getting Phil to stay calm. Can they convince Lisa the teen belongs with them, or will they be forced to bid Louise goodbye?
