We’re halfway through this Spanish thriller and the police still don’t know whether Ana Saura is dead or alive. Nor have they cleared up the question of chief suspect Juan Elías’s supposed amnesia. It’s already been established that Elías is an expert liar, so the fact that he’s made his own ‘incident wall’ to aid his memory may be a red herring. His wife, Alicia (award-winning actress Blanca Portillo, the best thing about this series), is kept busy trying to manage the fallout from this case, but as the drama progresses, it becomes apparent that she is much more involved that we first thought…
