Cepas hits four to mark first win

KAJUS Cepas notched four goals as West Drayton Explorers U7s bagged their first win on Sunday.

Filip Ponski also netted two and Armondio Moreira one for the young Explorers, while Aston Odeyale was named man of the match.

A Daniel Mickale hat-trick, a Natu Yohannes brace, plus one each from Kennedy Kithinji and Ava Lyon, saw the U8 Blues win 7-4 at S4K, but the U8 Reds went down 6-4 at Chalfont Saints, despite goals from Harry Macfayden, Alex Kovalenko, Gabriel Dickson and Odeiro Brand, and a man of the match display from Dominic Goncalves.

Harry Todd was another hat-trick hero, in the U10 Reds’ 7-1 win over KS Kryf, in which Joe Rossiter fired in a double and Ethan Cupido and Euan Hlubanyana and Harry Todd was star man, while the U10 Blues won 3-2 at BJ Leopards Whites, where Ciaran West was the stand out player.

The U10 Purples won by the same score at FC Cippenham, thanks to two goals from Finn Murphy and one from Rokas Batrusaiti­s (Tyler Palfrey MOM), but the U9s went down to Windsor Tigers Black, despite both Marcos Cabezeulo and Kasey Davenport being on the mark (Marcos Cabezeulo MOM).

Johnny Marrow was yet another to hit a hattrick as the U15s won 7-4 at Burnham Tiger Yellows, with Aran Brar notching twice and Brandan Pritchard and Jeshan Jeyatheesw­aren once each, while two Reece Butler goals, an own goal and further strikes from Alfie Stevens, Ranvier Jamgotre and Cruz earned the U11s a 6-0 win over Wembley Youth.

A brace apiece from Alfie Taylor and Armari Adams, plus a goal from man of the match Lewis Scott, gave the U13s a 5-2 win over Taplow United, while Rayon Murray and star man Josh Odell both scored in the U12s’ 2-2 draw at Burnham Whites, and the U16s went down 2-0 to Heathrow Club.
