The agency which has offices across the region including Uxbridge, Ruislip and Gerrards Cross, is hosting the event on the evening of Wednesday 9 November at the Sir Winston Churchill Theatre in Ruislip.

It will feature presentations and question and answer sessions from several leading figures from the world of lettings and property investment and finance.

Gibbs Gillespie’s group lettings manager, Nick Edwards, said: “We held our first landlords’ advice evening in May and it proved to be so popular that we had to turn people away.

“This time round we have a bigger venue and will also be hosting a lettings clinic after the seminar.

“There’s so much change happening within the lettings industry that we want to help people be more informed and up to date with the constant developments whether they are seasoned investors or thinking about becoming a landlord for the first time.”

Presentations at the seminar will include the Tenancy Deposit Scheme advising on how to protect deposits fairly and avoid tenant disputes.

Folium Consulting, an awardwinning estate planning and tax advice company, will be presenting on the best ways to deal with inheritance tax issues and navigate ways through the complex property tax minefield.

Nick added: “We’ll be holding complimentary private sessions with landlords after the seminar and there will be a great opportunity to network with like-minded individuals.

“At Gibbs Gillespie we’re always looking for ways to build relationships with clients in the local communities we serve and to always be of service to them, whatever their property needs.” To book your free seat please email: Jryan@gibbs-gillespie.
