Murder charge for teenagers

POLICE have charged two teenagers with the murder of a man in Westminster.

Chris Glancy, 19, and Conor Adam Mulligan, 19, both of no fixed address, were charged on Saturday December 31 with the murder of a man in Adelaide Street on Tuesday December 27.

Detectives launched a murder investigation after the victim, believed to be in his 30s, was killed between 7.05am and 7.15am.

The duo will appear in custody at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Monday January 2.

Detectives from the Homicide and Major Crime Command are investigating and say they believe they know the identity of the victim, although formal identification awaits.

A post-mortem examination was started on Thursday December 29. Any witnesses or anyone with information is asked to call the incident room on 020 8358 0400 or via 101.
