ANNUAL MEMBERS’ MEETING

Monday 18 September 2017 6pm (interactive stalls and displays from 4pm) Education Centre, The Hillingdon Hospital Pield Heath Road, Uxbridge UB8 3NN

The meeting will be an opportunity to discuss our annual report and accounts, as well as highlight the successes and challenges the Trust faced in 2016/7. In addition there will be a discussion on developing the Hillingdon Accountable Care Partnership - accountable for end to end care of the population offering seamless care across organisational boundaries. There will be a Q&A session, light refreshments will be available and your elected governors will be available to talk to.
