POLICE have confirmed a 15-year-old boy was injured in a huge 30 person fight on the Dalgarno Estate, in North Kensington.

Met Police officers arrested seven teenagers between the ages of 15 and 18 when they rushed to the estate.

Police were alerted to the fight at Dalgarno Gardens, in Sutton Way, at 10.15pm on Saturday November 14 and officers were told weapons were being used.

When officers arrived a number of youths ran from the area and police found weapons, including baseball bats and a large Rambo-type knife.

The injured 15-year-old boy was treated by a police medic for minor injuries before being taken to hospital by London Ambulance Service (LAS).

The teenagers were arrested for suspected offences including violent disorder, possession of an offensive weapon, possession with intent to supply and criminal damage.

A Section 60 order, giving police greater stop and search powers, was put in place until 5am on Sunday November 15 to help prevent any further disorder in the area.

Police had already dealt with two serious incidents in the area since Friday evening.

On Friday November 13 at 5.52pm, police were also called to a stabbing on the World’s End Estate, in Blantyre Street, Chelsea.

The victim was a 17-year-old boy found who was rushed to hospital, but his injuries are not believed to be life threatening.

Minutes earlier, at 5.36pm, Hammersmith and Fulham police were called to Tynemouth Street, in Fulham, where a 14-year-old boy had been stabbed.

The two stabbings were less than a mile apart from each other.

In a statement from the Met Police, a spokesperson said: “While enquiries are ongoing, there is currently no evidence to link this fight to two serious assaults that took place in Chelsea and Fulham on Friday November 13.”
