The Mother Road strikes out from Chicago towards distant California, forging 13 photogenic miles through Kansas before traversing Oklahoma’s 400+ miles of drivable route. Conceived in Tulsa in the 1930s this ‘must do’ experience is delivered through a kaleidoscope of quirky and historic, expressive and fun people, places and things, with photo-ops around every corner. Look for the diners, classic car shows, second-hand malls, and oneof-a-kind museums.
