just watching the Tour de France on telly and I wondered why none of the cyclists had baskets on their bicycles. It seems such a shame to pass all those lovely French patisseries and not pick up some nice eclairs or perhaps a tarte au citron to enjoy after a hard day’s cycling. Henry de Hamill, Nantwich
