Lemonade Stall
ON her deathbed, Evans’s great grandmother whispered into his ear the secret recipe for her renowned cloudy lemonade, one which had been passed down through generations of the Evans family. Every lunchtime, Chris sets up a pasting table outside a nearby comprehensive, selling paper cups full of the delicious fruity drink to the local schoolkids for 20p. It’s a seasonal business, selling far more in the summer than the winter, but thanks to global warming sales are on the increase, and last year his stall netted him a cool £1.5 million.
