TREBANOS have their hands on the One West Central title after their 31-7 victory over Seven Sisters.

They ran in five tries to pick up maximum points with Iwan Davies, Steff Lewis, Rhodri Williams, Keiron Whiteman and Sam Davies all crashing over. Luke Griffiths added two conversion­s while Krisitian Jones chipped in with two points to complete the victory.

They can now look forward to a promotion play-off with Kidwelly for a place in the National Championsh­ip next season.

Trebanos’ title rivals Bonymaen slipped up to a rare 17-15 defeat. Nick Thomas, Lawrence Thomas and Nick Clancy all crashed over for Bonymaen but lowly Builth Wells produced a shock with Ashley Mills and Ben Pugh on the scoresheet. Seb Barnett converted both tries while Rob Lloyd hit a drop goal, which proved vital.

The other game between Ystalyfera and Cwmllynfel­l was postponed.

Pwllheli are also in celebrator­y mood after they hammered Mold 71-0 to secure the One North championsh­ip.

Pwllheli have battled all season with Nant Conwy for the title but their vic- tory sees them pip their rivals to the trophy by two points.

Robin Jones bagged himself a hattrick while Nicholas Butterwort­h, Josh Payne and Tom Parry were all at the double. Alwyn Trenholme and Osian Parry Jones both added further tries with Osian Jones also kicked eight conversion­s.

Tenby United got the result they needed to leapfrog Tycroes into top spot in Two West and claim the championsh­ip. And they did it in style running in seven tries to beat Pontyberem 53-5.

Jack Gueirro went over twice with Andrew Cook, Mark Heywood, Jamie Morgan, Ashley Sutton and Luke Hansford adding further tries. Sutton went on to boot six conversion­s and two penalties to seal the resounding victory. Tadhg McGuckin starred for Nantyffyll­on as they beat Abercrave 50-0 to win the Three West Central A title. McGuckin crashed over three times and kicked 15 points to set Nanty on their way to success with Ross Boast bagging a brace and David Tabor and Tyler Dawe both going over.

Meanwhile, Crickhowel­l were in ruthless form as they thrashed Tref y Clawdd 77-9 to win Three East D. Tony Perry led the way with a treble with Jack Crockett scoring twice.
