-

WILSONS Auctions, the UK and Ireland’s largest independent auction company, is preparing for its monthly land and property auction, when bidders have the chance to purchase a range of properties across the UK as well as a three-bedroom terrace house situated in Aberdare.

The featured property, 54 Lewis Street, Aberdare CF44 6PY, is close to local amenities, schools and road networks.

Under government instruction, this property comprises three reception rooms, kitchen, bathroom, three bedrooms, an attic room and paved rear garden. With a guide price of only £40,000, it is an ideal investment for those looking for a project.

This property is up for auction at Wilsons Auctions Belfast on Thursday, March 29 at 7.30pm. This auction has a number of properties in the UK up for grabs as well as 15 plots at a country club resort in north-east Brazil.

Located within Tambaba Country Club Resort, set in the stunning tropical countryside of Paraiba and less than 4km from the idyllic Brazilian coastline, the 15 plots will be auctioned as one lot and, with a guide price of £100,000, offers a great investment opportunity for bidders.

All lots will go under the hammer from 7.30pm and will be available to both physical and online bidders and will feature a range of government and private entries.

There is a wide selection of property from across the UK including a three-bedroom midterrace in Glossop, Derbyshire, with a guide price of £130,000 and a former three-floor mill and nightclub with conversion potential in Batley, West Yorkshire, with a guide price of £90,000.

Wilsons Auctions property department executive, Charlotte Ritchie said: “At Wilsons Auctions we can provide an all-round, hassle-free property experience from start to finish for our customers. From valuation and organising home reports to viewings, handling deposits, liaising with solicitors and legal packs to marketing, advertising and conducting the auction, we manage it all.

“Wilsons Auctions has the ability to auction any type of property whether it has been submitted by a private seller or is a government asset. Our land and property auction in Belfast on March 29 highlights this, with such a diverse range of lots from Brazil to Batley, West Yorkshire, and many having an attractive guide price for potential bidders,” she added.

There are many benefits of selling property by auction, including immediate exchange of contract, with the deposit paid by the successful bidder on the fall of the hammer. A fixed completion date reduces long-term carrying costs while selling at auction assures a property will be sold at true market value.

A family-owned business, Wilsons Auctions was formed in 1936 in Northern Ireland and has become the largest independent auction company in the British Isles with sites in Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, England, Scotland and Wales.

Viewings are available on request. For further information or to register for the auction go to www.wilsonsauctions.com or follow on Facebook @wilsonsauctionsltd or go to @wilsonsauctions on Twitter and Instagram.
