SHOCK AT DAYTIME ‘ORGY’ IN PARK

- TYLER MEARS Reporter tyler.mears@walesonline.co.uk

ASHOCKED passer-by captured a graphic set of images of four people engaging in sexual activities in broad daylight in a popular Cardiff park.

The images were taken in Bute Park at around 5pm on Friday. The person who took them described it as “an orgy”.

They show a group of around four men and women, lying on blankets or towels, under a tree on grassland next to Cardiff Castle close to the animal wall.

While some of the group appear to be half-dressed, one woman seems to be completely naked.

A witness, who asked not to be named, was walking home from work when they spotted the scene over the wall.

“I finished work and was walking from Cardiff city centre to Sophia Gardens car park ready to go home,” the witness said.

“As I was walking past the castle, I could just see over the wall and I saw two couples enjoying a picnic.”

The witness said he saw one of the women appear to touch herself.

“I looked a little closer and I realised what she was actually doing.”

The witness said they then saw a man exposing his genitalia and another woman engaging in what appeared to be sexual activity with another female in the group.

“It then clicked that something very strange was going on,” the witness said.

“I felt like a rabbit in the headlights – I was frozen and couldn’t stop watching.”

The witness added: “I looked around and there was only one or two other people who could see and were taking photos.

“I took a cheeky snap because I knew people wouldn’t believe me.”

The witness said they looked for a nearby police officer to inform them about the incident, because there were “plenty of children around”.

“As I made my way back to my car for the second time, I obviously had another look,” the witness said.

“This time they were all having fullon sex!”

Cardiff council, which manages Bute Park, says it is aware of the incident and it has now been reported to the police.

South Wales Police have made aware of the incident.
