Terms and conditions: The prize will be a 2017 Ford Fiesta Zetec. Competition rules: No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw, but it is subject to strict entry requirements and you should therefore carefully read the terms below. By submitting your details and entering our prize draw, you agree to be bound by these terms. No cash alternative is available.
CEM Day Ltd reserves the right to substitute the prizes offered (such prizes will be of equal or greater value) and/or alter the prize draw in any way, including cancelling or amending the prize draw altogether if circumstances beyond the promoter’s control make it necessary to do so. Entrants must be aged 18 or older and be a resident of the UK. Vehicle must be collected from our Swansea site (Beaufort Road, Swansea SA6 8HR) in person. By entering the prize draw all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material. The winner must agree to have their name and photo taken and to be used in publicity which may include (but is not limited to) content on our website, social media channels and local press.
CEM Day Ltd accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault such as technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, network or server failure. To enter the competition, entrants can either fill in an online entry via our website (which will count as one entry), or they may fill in a competition form at any one of our Day’s Motor Group branches (which will be the equivalent of five entries to the competition). Only one online entry per person will be counted and one competition form per branch will be entered. If the winner is unable to be contacted within seven days of the closing date of the prize draw, the prize shall be deemed unclaimable or unaccepted and a substitute winner may be chosen. CEM Day Ltd will not be responsible for any prize that is unclaimed or declined.
Competition will be open from Friday, November 15 and will close on Sunday, December 22, 2019 at 11:59pm. Any entries made after this date will not be counted. The winner will be chosen from the valid entries using a random number generator. The winner of the competition will be announced via social media on Monday, December 23, 2019. Hire (Day of Swansea) Ltd and Three Cliffs Investment Company Ltd and their family members are not permitted to enter the competition. The winner of the vehicle will be responsible for taxing and insuring the vehicle. Ongoing vehicle service, MOT and maintenance will be the responsibility of the owner. Winner will receive full ownership of the vehicle.
