Ex-Eastenders star seeks peace
FORMER EastEnders actress Danniella Westbrook has upped sticks and moved to the Welsh countryside in a bid to escape from it all.
Following a public spat with former partner and East 17 singer Brian Harvey, Danniella has taken to Instagram to share photos of herself in Aberystwyth.
And while enjoying the sights and sounds of the coastal town, the 47-year-old shared videos of the landscape as she enjoyed a morning jog. Writing on social media, Danniella told fans: “Life’s good, soul will be fed and spiritually topped up in no time.”
Danniella’s rep told The Mirror: “Danniella has always enjoyed the countryside, which is why she’s back permanently as it’s what’s best to continue on the road of recovery. The Welsh gave her a warm welcome and she’s happy there. As they say, a little bit of country life is good for the soul.”
The star left fans worried earlier this week after she shared a post on Instagram saying she “needs time to breathe”.
The statement from her manager read: “On behalf of Danniella’s management we have recommended Danniella only keeps contact with close friends and family. Her messages, comments and emails have been full of questions as well as press trying to get information.”
“Danniella will continue to better herself mentally and physically. And she is still going to keep you updated on her journey. Keep safe, keep happy and keep surviving.”
