We applaud the fluid design of these poured glass tables
Japanese designer tokujin Yoshioka’s penchant for material lightness finds new conceptual forms in this series of tables, created in collaboration with Glas italia. Pushing the boundaries of glass production, the four tables in the ‘Fountain’ series are made of handfinished, poured murano glass, created using a combination of traditional craft and cutting-edge chiselling techniques. the design mimics the movement of water, offering an organic, poetic flow in solid form, and the tops, also made of poured glass, can be removed, turning them into storage units.
