volunteers needed! sunday june 19th! MEG (Murieston Environmental Group) is going to be creating a new path toward Murieston Water, from the Murieston Trail at the eastern corner of the cricket ground. This route is already ‘well-trodden’ and during the winders is a horrible boggy mess, so we plan to put around 10 tons of gravel path surface down, to make this link to the grassy paths down the hill more formal and improve access for all. Please come along to that location any time between 10am and 2pm on Sunday June 19th if you can help shift some material. If you’ve wheelbarrows, shovels, spades etc to bring with you, that would be great.
