Craft sessions and story time for 3 years and upwards Gala at last Sunday’s Gala Day young Jamie Duncan led the procession proudly wearing his gold medals that he had recently won. Jamie was followed by a group of cadets. Three bands formed part of the procession as did many of the nursery and school children. Credit must go to the small committee who ensured that the village did have a Gala Day this year. Unfortunat­ely the sports programme had to be cancelled but will take place soon. Summer Free summer activities for children adults and families are to take place at Beechbrae Community Garden. Please see posters displayed throughout the village for further details.
