A range of activities are available including trips to Ratho Aerial Assault Course and Hillend Ski Centre to name a couple. Inflatable Sessions for £2 per session for P1 - S2every Sunday throughout July from 11-11.45am, 11.55-12.40pm and 12.50-13.35pm. Happy Healthy Summer Camp is a fun based week of games, arts and outdoor activities with a healthy focus. The camp will be held in the Partnershi­p Centre from 10-2pm and will run from from Mon 25 - Friday 29 July and is for 6-12 year olds (P2-P7) living in the village. The cost for the week is £20 per child or £50 for 3 siblings. There are a limited number of free places available for those in receipt of free school meals. Places are limited and booking is essential. The funding will enable the Trust to further develop their 5 year business plan to implement their current and

West Lothian U3A (University of the 3rd Age) - West Lothian U3A does not have a General Meeting in July, but special interest Groups continue to meet as usual. The next monthly meeting is on Wednesday, August 17 at Uphall Community Centre. The speakers will be Bill & Marion Thompson, with a talk entitled “Rwanda: then and now”. They will speak about their work in Rwanda since the genocide in 1994, with Scottish charity Comfort Rwanda. Cancer Support Group is held at Strathbroc­k Partnershi­p every second Tuesday from 7pm – 9.30pm in the Youth Room (enter through entrance adjacent to large blue container). This cancer support group is open to individual­s touched by any type of cancer. The group has been formed to give parents, survivors and caregivers the support and strength to move forward together. Middleton Hall Bowling Club Get your tickets quick for this Ladies only night at MHBC on Saturday, October 15. Our comediene for the evening is nationally renowned and hugely respected all over the country. Isobel Rutter filled the Glasgow Palladium with her one woman show, Bits and Boobs and I’m sure she will have the place rocking with laughter. We also have a very talented and much loved singer to entertain you. Lauren Kyle has performed all over the world and even has the accolade of having sung to wild animals in Africa! Just the grounding she needs to entertain our ladies! We have some Buff Butlers bringing your drinks to you and some girls only fun and games along the way. Tickets are £18 each and include a buffet. There will be a big raffle and an auction too. All proceeds from these will go to Bosom Buds, who are a local charity helping those affected by breast cancer. This is going to sell out fast so get your tickets from the bar now. Dominoes competitio­n held every Friday night.
