Perfect World bid for Cheryl

-

A Fauldhouse woman is dreaming of the Perfect World as she bids for a place on a new TV show.

‘The Perfect World Project’ is set for the screens next year and 30-year-old Cheryl Ferguson is hoping to be one of the 10 people picked to be on the programme and in with a chance of living their perfect life for three months.

Cheryl, a f o r mer professional dancer, has already beaten the odds to make it to the final 50 from around 5,000 applicants and now she’s relying on social media votes to make the next cut.

There’s then one more stage to be picked for the final 10 who will then be whisked away to a luxurious villa and compete in a series of challenges against each other before a winner is named and presented with a six-figure sum.

The only Scot to make it to this stage, Cheryl says she jumped at the chance to apply for the show, but admits even she didn’t expect to get this far

She said: “At this stage it’s down to social media votes with the top-20 getting through, so I just need as many votes as possible to make it to the next round.

“If I get through there’s more interviews and then the final 10 will be picked. It would be an amazing thing to experience if I made it all the way.”

Voting ends on September 30 and you can vote for Cheryl via www. facebook. com/ theperfectworldproject.
