Bowling club on the green at the weekend was the Brown and Scoular Pairs event winners from West Calder Bowling club Andy Jenkisn and Andrew Seaton. Runners-up from Blackburn Wendy Hilson and Tommy Lee. Carpet bowling Tues and Wed 7pm to 10.30pm. Club now reverts to winter hours opening 7pm Mon to Fri all other times remain the same. A annual presentation dinner dance will be Saturday October 29 featuring Rain. Tickets £12 from bar. Sunday evening guest artist is Coperfield also Deal or No Deal, Tote Double, and Dooh Dah bag, 8.30pm. Bingo every Monday and Thursday, eyes down 8.15pm.
