If you are age 65 & over or have a chronic medical condition i.e. kidney failure; multiple sclerosis; liver problems; diabetes; asthma [on regular inhaled steroids]; COPD; coronary heart disease or are a carer, please come along.
Macmillan Cancer Big Coffee
Morning will be held in the Murieston Scout Hall, Bankton Mains, Livingston on Friday 7th October from 9.30am until 12 noon. Come along and enjoy stalls, tombola and raffle. Enter our Big Bake Off where this year’s adult category is Scones, they can be plain, fruity, cheesy, just as long as there are six identical ones! Junior category is for six Best Decorated Cup Cakes. Beginners Jogging Group meets every Thursday at 6.30pm in the Murieston Cricket Club car park. A 4 week block costs £20 or 8 week block £40 and is led by experienced Jog Scotland Jog Leader Marion.
