The Children’s club meet every Wed and Friday from 6-7pm. New members always welcome. Fauldhouse United FC Lotto tickets for £2000 can be purchased from outside Scotmid every Tue and Thurs from 10-1pm Community Council next meeting is Wed 1 Feb at 7 pm in the Partnershi­p Centre. A couple of vacancies exist and anyone interested in joining is welcome to come along and find out what’s involved. Local Community Education Worker Errin Anderson conveys his appreciati­on and thanks to everyone who has supported and contribute­d in any way towards a trip to London for young people in February. Young people from the Fauldhouse and West Calder Youth Forum visited the Scottish Parliament in October last year and they are now embarking on a trip in February to London where they will visit the House of Commons and the U.K. Government. It is hoped that all involved will develop their understand­ing of the Scottish and U.K. political systems. If you can offer some help to help someone else then why not drop into the Hub on Main Street and have a chat with staff. If you spend an hour helping someone else then this time goes into the Timebank as ‘time credit’. You then have that time credit to spend on having someone do something for you.
