Home-Start’s appeal for a storage unit

a charity has issued an appeal for help to store the donations made to it by big-hearted West Lothian people.

Home-start West Lothian have been inundated with donations for their new shop opening in april 2017 and are now in desperate need a permanent storage unit.

the group support local families with young children and are opening a new charity shop in Whitburn.

the charity, are appealing for a local business to come forward with an offer of a free storage unit, that can be used to prepare and store donations.

Charity trustee, Diane Cooper, has appealed for a generous business to come forward to help the charity at their time of need.

she said:“We are desperate to house all our donations in a dry secure space.

“time is really of the essence, as we want to continue to accept donations from the generous people across West Lothian’s communitie­s and make the new charity shop a huge success. If anyone can spare a storage unit with a view to helping make a difference to local families across West Lothian, please get in touch.”
