Home-Start’s appeal for a storage unit

a charity has issued an appeal for help to store the donations made to it by big-hearted West Lothian people.

Home-start West Lothian have been inundated with donations for their new shop opening in april 2017 and are now in desperate need a permanent storage unit.

the group support local families with young children and are opening a new charity shop in Whitburn.

the charity, are appealing for a local business to come forward with an offer of a free storage unit, that can be used to prepare and store donations.

Charity trustee, Diane Cooper, has appealed for a generous business to come forward to help the charity at their time of need.

she said:“We are desperate to house all our donations in a dry secure space.

“time is really of the essence, as we want to continue to accept donations from the generous people across West Lothian’s communities and make the new charity shop a huge success. If anyone can spare a storage unit with a view to helping make a difference to local families across West Lothian, please get in touch.”
