If you can spare an hour or two of your time on Sunday 23rd of April from 2pm-4.30pm to help us at our community litter pick we’d love to see you - even an hour would help us tremendously and would get the place looking beautiful again. We’ll be leaving from and returning to the Village Hall and as always, free refreshments are available. Bankton Mains Bowling Club Green opens again on Saturday 15th April at 1pm. Everyone welcome to come along and see what the club has to offer. As well as welcoming new bowlers, the club offers social membership only. Murieston United have a fun soccer school for boys and girls born in 2011. Training is every Thursday 5-6pm at murieston home ground on the 3G. for the kids over the Easter holidays? Check out Livingston Cricket new look range of Easter Cricket Sessions open to all local kids regardless of age or experience. Running over 2 weeks – 4th -6th April and 11th – 13th April, we have dedicated session for new cricketers focusing on the very basics of the game but most importantly fun; through to our performance sessions available to all West Lothian cricket players who plan on playing U11, U13, U15 or adult cricket this summer. Beer fest Calling all beer lovers... it’s that time of year again! Livingston Cricket Club - Social and Livingston Round Table are once again joining forces to host the annual Livingston Beer Festival ‘17... now in its 6th year. This year’s Livingston Beer Festival will run from Friday 21st till Sunday 23rd April at the Livingston Cricket Club, Murieston Valley, Livingston, EH54 9HB. 10th Livingston Guides meet at Murieston Village Hall every Tuesday during term time at 7pm. Places are available for girls age 10 and over. Anyone interested please contact vicky@thewalkerfamily.me.uk.
Beginners Jogging Group meets every Thursday at 6.30pm in the Murieston Cricket Club car park. A 4 week block costs £20 or 8 week block £40 and is led by experienced Jog Scotland Jog Leader Marion. A basic level of fitness is all you need. Open to adults (kids from age 12 are welcome with parents’ permission.
