The choice is clearly SNP or a coalition

Across West Lothian the SNP are the only party fielding enough candidates to run the council.

After the election Labour and Tories can only try to cobble together a Tory/Labour council.

So, this election is a clear choice between an SNP-run council or a Tory/Labour coalition.

SNP want our communities to have a new experience of local government as active participants and problem solvers. Our first actions will be to listen to your views and this dialogue will shape the detail of how we will bring control of budgets and services closer to local communities. Everything SNP do will be focused on delivering equality, fairness and social justice.

SNP will ensure local people have the ability to influence and plan a range of the local services which affect their communities as we work together to make West Lothian a fairer, more equal and prosperous community.

Work with parents and partners to provide affordable, flexible, integrated early learning, education and childcare between 8am and 6pm, all year round.

Invest in our children to ensure every child, irrespective of their background, gets the very best chance to achieve their full potential. Commence a programme to build 2000 council houses with the initial build starting immediately. Protect the health and well-being of our elderly and vulnerable.
