OVER 40S CLUB

A new organisation for men over 40 held their first meeting in Livingston last week for those that are interested in friendship, fun and giving something back to their community.

The Livingston 41 Club, for men who have graduated from the Round Table, is looking for new members and meets at the Livingston Inn on the second Thursday of each month, apart from July and August, and the fourth Thursday each month when they meet for an activity - this month they are going to the Speedway.

In February the 41 Club in partnership with the Livingston Round Table had it its first organized event, The Livingston Valentines Ball.

The event raised £4,000 that was distributed amongst four beneficiaries.

The 41 Club will look to continue with this event.
