Kirkhill Primary And Nursery The Parent Staff Council, are holding a fundraisin­g, Pie, beans and bingo evening, tonight Thursday, May 25 from 6pm. Venue is The Club, Broxburn, adult tickets £5 and children £3. Ticket includes food and some bingo tickets. There will also be a raffle on the night. We can help with problems such as benefits, debt, family and neighbour problems, consumer issues, employment, and tenancy issues. Bridge 19-40 Union Canal Society Canal Boat Trips on the restored narrowboat Bluebell will take place from Port Buchan Broxburn on Sunday, June 4 from 1pm to 4 pm. Boat Trips last approximat­ely 1/2 hour and are run by Bridge 19-40 Union Canal Society which is a charity run by volunteers. Prices are £3 adults and £2 children. Why not come along and enjoy a trip along the canal and enjoy a tea or coffee on route? Booking is not necessary, just turn up on the day. As previously stated Bluebell is a restored narrrowboa­t which the society has lovingly restored from a complete wreck to the narrowboat she is now. This took approximat­ely 3 years to complete and all monies received are used for further restoratio­n of Bluebell. The volunteers are not paid and just have a love for canals and canal boats.

Drop In to Weigh-and-Go Weigh2Go West Lothian is a free, weekly weigh-in service that provides help and support on losing weight.
