A wonderful homage to one of Britain’s best loved comedians is coming to Bathgate this month.
Fresh from a sell- out stint at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, ‘Just Like That!’ is embarking on a nationwide tour and is stopping at the Regal Theatre.
Tommy Cooper was a true comic genius. His impeccable timing, love of slapstick and quick-fire gags made him an international star.
Complete with his trademark fez and a plethora of misfiring magic, the man is an undisputed icon of live entertainment.
Performed by John Hewer, the show commemorates over 30 years since his passing and boasts magic, music and mirth and is the perfect celebration of Britain’s top comedian, featuring all of Tommy’s classic gags combined with lesser-known gems lovingly selected from his joke archive and extensive magic routines.
