One Great Day at Livi’s Centre
The Centre, Livingston, is gearing up for its One Great Day fundraising event this Saturday to help raise money for local charity River Kids and Great Ormond Street Hospital.
The event will run from 12pm to 4pm and people of all ages will have the chance to try their hand at some exciting circus skills and the smallest visitors to the mall can take part in arts and crafts, face-painting and balloon modelling for a small donation for two very worthy charities.
Visitors can also have a hug and snap a selfie with The Centre’s new mascot, Caly the Dog and enjoy music from an eclectic mix of local acoustic buskers.
The Centre is one of 150 shopping centres around the UK taking part in the One Great Day fundraising event for Great Ormond Street Hospital, one of the world’s leading children’s hospitals which provides care to children and young people with rare, complex and difficult-to-treat conditions and a local children’s charity.
The Centre has also chosen to raise funds for local charity RiverKids, a West Lothian- based children’s charity.
