Friendly at Killie for Lions

-

Livingston have announced an away pre-season friendly against SPFL Premiership side Kilmarnock for Saturday, July 8.

The clash at Rugby Park is currently scheduled for a 5pm kick-off.

Tickets are priced at £10 for adults and £5 for concessions as the Lions look to gear up for their return to the second tier.

Head coach David Hopkin has also added a bounce game away at League One side Ayr United for next Saturday.

Livi’s first official friendly of the summer takes place on Tuesday, July 4 with Premiership outfit Motherwell travelling to the Tony Macaroni Arena for a 7.45pm kick-off.

That’s followed four days later by the trip to Ayrshire before they host English Championship side Sunderland on July 12 prior to the beginning of the Betfred Cup campaign on July 15.

Admission prices for both home friendlies will be announced at a later date.

Meanwhile, the club have asked for volunteers willing to help them prepare the stadium for the new season.

A number of tasks need to be carried out around the stadium and the club are asking anyone who has spare time and is happy to help get the stadium into shape to turn up between 10am and 2pm on Sunday, July 2.
