Gentle exercise classes for 50 plus are held in the Craiginn Centre on Mondays from 11 a.m. Cost per session is £1. Flutes4 fun meet fortnightly in the Craiginn Centre. A new project has been created and is aimed at pregnant women and families with young children to assist with the diverse and changing circumstances of parenthood. Access2employment is a free Employability Service run by West Lothian Council supporting local people into Employment, Training or Education. Experienced advisers are located in the Craiginn Centre on Tuesday’s from 2p.m. till 4-30 p.m. and Fridays by appointment only. You can also book an appointment free on 0800 032 9768. Church Coffee Mornings are held in the Church on the last Thursday of each month from 10a.m.

Sarah King was the guest at last weeks meeting of the Monday Club. Sarah gave a short talk on her new book before reading a chapter from it. Most interesting and enjoyed by all with Sarah ably answering the questions put to her. Self published the book is available from Amazon. Sarah was thanked by the group before tea was served and a short time for dominoes and scrabble.
