The success of The Terrace is down to hard work from both students and college staff, so I’d like to thank everyone for their efforts to achieve this top award. The Terrace Restaurant aims to help the next generation of hospitality and professional cookery students hone their skills for a successful career in the industry.

“By operating our very successful restaurant, the students are better prepared to meet and exceed the needs of sophisticated and demanding restaurant customers. The courses we have on offer are a great stepping stone to an exciting and rewarding career in the hospitality and tourism sector. It’s fantastic that our students can already say that they have worked in an award-winning restaurant, which should help boost their career prospects.”
