The party is a ticket only event for toddlers to P2 and all children must be accompanie­d by an adult. Tickets £3 for children and £2for adults can be purchased from Debbie at the Playgroup.

Monday Club OAP’s meet in the Miners Welfare every Monday from 1-3 pm. A range of activities are on offer including guest speakers, dancing, bingo, trips and outings to places of interest and entertainm­ent. New members always welcome.

Halloween Party Time at St John the Baptist Chapel Hall on Sunday 29 Oct from 4-6pm. Treats, games, fancy dress prizes and lots more. Tickets priced £1 on sale from Mhairi Goldie. Adults b.y.o.b. and everyone welcome. Fauldhouse Miners Welfare Entertainm­ent Night Friday 27 Oct from 8 till late. Tickets, priced £3, can be purchased from Margaret Riley. All welcome. Charity Kids Halloween Party in Lammies Bar on Monday 30 Oct from 6.30-8.30 pm. Tickets. Raffle, party games, disco and treats. All welcome. Staff at the Partnershi­p Centre would like to thank everyone who attended their recent Coffee day in aid if Macmillan Cancer Support. It was a terrific day and very well supported and over £650 was raised. Staff would also like to thank the Centre’s Management Committee for their financial donation to get the day started. Thanks again to all involved. West Lothian Financial Inclusion Network are based in Fauldhouse Partnershi­p Centre and offer a benefits advice service every Mon, Tue and Wed from 10-3pm. Group for raising the fantastic sum of £1045 for people facing cancer as part of the Macmillan’s Biggest Coffee Morning in the Hub recently. It was a lovely morning with fantastic treats and cakes with all proceeds going to a great cause. Thanks to all the organisers and to all who came along and supported the event.

Charity Shop in sponsorshi­p with Lords Grace Orphanage in Fauldhouse Indoor Market with quality clothing and toys free of charge to children in need. The initiative is to help children of families who are genuinely struggling and find it extremely difficult to provide basic needs such as clothing and shoes. Any family in these circumstan­ces is welcome to visit the shop. Gerry Gallacher also takes this opportunit­y to thank all involved for their continued support.
