SWI The outing to Peebles on Tuesday 28th November for some retail therapy and lunch will cost £28. There are still seats available for this outing if you would like to go contact any Rural member. The next meeting of the SWI will be held in the Craiginn Centre on Monday 13th November at 7 p.m. Maureen Henderson from Colour Me Beautiful will be the guest. Competitio­ns for that evening will be a Wrapped Parcel, 3 Apple and Cinnamon Scones and a Favourite Novelty Mug. Monday Club What a pleasant afternoon was had at the Monday Club last week when guest Alex Kennedy hosted a quiz for the members. There were various themes for the questions from mental arithmetic to would I lie to you? This all provided some hilarity before time for tea. On November 13th Robert Andrews will be at the club with a selection of clothes for sale. All are welcome to come along to view these.
