Christmas show goes with a swing
Enjoy the perfect start to the festive period with A Swinging Christmas Evening.
Pianist/vocalist Peter Gill and his band return to Howden Park Centre in Livingston for a fourth successive year to perform their eclectic mix of swing standards, boogie woogie classics and Christmas gems such as‘White Christmas’,‘Santa Claus Is Comin’To Town’,‘Baby It’s Cold Outside’and ‘Winter Wonderland’.
This is an evening of sublime, cool boogie and blues, interlaced with plenty of festive cheer and good humour.
The concert is on Sunday, December 17, at 7.30pm. Tickets are £17 or £15 for concessions.
Skerryvore in concert at Howden Park Centre in December has become something of a tradition.
A great evening when friends, family and music lovers come together to enjoy some of the best of contemporary Scottish music, delivered in Skerryvore’s high-energy style.
This performance will include newer material from their Live Forever set, which they have recently oured in Europe and the USA, as well as many well-known songs from their back catalogue.
