Livingston Care Home] in Bankton Gardens, hosts a High Tea Morning every Friday from 11am – 12.15pm, everyone welcome. Members of the Murieston community and the Community

Council are dismayed that the appeal process for Wellhead Farm Murieston has fallen in favour of the developer. The Community Council and West Lothian Council have strenuously objected to this development in line with the general feelings of the community. The Reporter’s notice of intent flies in the face of the Scottish Government’s ethos that “the best people to decide the future of our communities are the people who live in those communities”. This site is not in West Lothian Local Plans and does not make a realistic contribution to the affordable housing needs of West Lothian. We do not support this development which will set a precedence to the erosion of the countryside belt around South Livingston The level of concern is such that a public meeting will be held Thursday 7th December 7pm in the Assembly Hall Williamston Primary School. Please come along!! If you cannot make the meeting and wish to express your concern, please contact your local MSP Angela Constance, preferably attend one of her surgeries and have a face-to-face discussion or alternatively by e-mail or letter. She is aware that this issue is pending! Please put WELLHEAD Objection in subject box of e-mail so they are identifiable to Angela’s office team: e-mail: angela.constance.msp@parliament.scot or post: Unit 4, Ochil House, Beveridge Square, Livingston, EH54 6QF.
