Contact Frances 01506 495531 Help For Pregnant and Young Families Based at the Citizens Advice Bureau Almond bank Craigshill Livingston we are the Prevention Interventi­on Money Advice Project team (PIMAP) we offer free, independen­t and impartial advice to pregnant mothers and young families on a wide range of issues such as money problems, benefit entitlemen­ts, maternity pay, housing issues, legal issues etc. We want to help maximise your income by providing advice and help using tailored informatio­n services to suit your needs and circumstan­ces. Our trained advisors are waiting to help with any issue you may have. Our services are available throughout West Lothian either at the office or at many outreaches for easier access. First Step One Stop Project i s based at the Citizens Advice Bureau in Almondbank. We work in close partnershi­p with West Lothian Women’s Aid to provide a tailored money advice service to individual­s, both male and female, who have experience­d or are experienci­ng domestic abuse. The project has run successful­ly and provided advice in West Lothian since 2013. We can offer assistance with housing options, Debt and money advice, budgeting, Legal and family issues, Social security benefit/appeal. Monday - Knit and Natter Group from 10.30-12 costs £1.20 (includes knitting supplies and refreshmen­ts) at Almondbank Old Library, Tuesday - The Lunch Club from 12-3pm cost £5 (includes three course meal & afternoon tea/coffee and cake) and additional £2 weekly club fee at Almondbank Old Library, Wednesday - Singing for Health from 10.30-12 costs £1.20 (includes refreshmen­ts). at Almondbank Old Li- brary, Carpet Bowls with tea and coffee £1.50 on Wednesday afternoons from 1-2.20pm at Almondbank Old Library and Intergener­ational Dance Class from 5.30-6.30pm costs £1 for individual­s/£3 for family of 3 or more at Craigswood Excite from 4-5pm. Thursday - Craft Group from 10.30-12 cost £2 (includes refreshmen­ts and crafting supplies) at Almondbank Old Library and Walking Football from 2-3 cost £1.20 at Craigswood Sports Centre. Friday - Men’s Activity Group from 10.30-12.30 cost £2 (Includes refreshmen­ts and light lunch) at Almondbank Old Library..
