Our next meeting is on March 14 when the activity will be “Little Bird in a Tree” a hands on sewing session with Ruth & Frances, kit supplied. New members always welcome, come along as a visitor and see what you think. Please note all are welcome, but please phone and book for the Craft Group as places are limited. The cost includes a refreshment. “Pins & Needles” knitting and sewing (BYO) meets on Mondays from 10.30am – 12., cost £1.50. “The Lunch Club” with a 3 course meal plus activities meets on Tuesdays from 12-3pm, cost £5 for lunch and afternoon refreshment. “Singing for Health” meets on Wednesdays from 10.30am-12, cost £1.20. “Indoor Bowls” meets on a Wednesday from 1pm-2.30pm, cost £1.50. “Craft Group” meets on Thursdays from 10.30am-12, cost £1.50. “Mix n Match Indoor Games” (pool, darts, boules etc) meets on Thursdays from 2pm-3pm, cost £1.50 and the “Mens Group” meets on Fridays from 10.30am-12.30pm, cost £2 which includes refreshment and light lunch. Craigshill Community Council meets on the 2nd Wednesday in the month, except January and July at 7.15pm at the Almondbank Centre. The office-bearers are Ian Buchanan (Chair), Wilma Pincott (Vice Chair), Rose McAulay (Secretary), David Gilmour (Treasurer) and Craig Hume (Planning Secretary). Library The Graphic Novel Group meets today (Thursday) and on Thursday March 15 from 4.30– 6pm New members welcome. The Kids Craft Group will meet on Friday March 2 and 9 from 2-3pm. Come along and join in.. A Bookbug session with stories, songs and rhymes will met on Tuesdasy march 6 from 2-2.30pm.
