Cycling volunteers

Volunteers are needed to promote cycling and walking with children and young people in Armadale.

Sustrans ( Scotland) are recruiting volunteers to support our ‘ I Bike’ programme.

I Bike volunteers support the I Bike officer and school staff to deliver I Bike activities including learn to ride sessions, led rides or led walks, Dr Bike sessions, puncture repair workshops or classroom based activities. Volunteers help to raise awareness of the benefits of cycling and walking and can help support the sustainability of cycling activities within schools.

Training and support is provided to all volunteers and agreed expenses reimbursed.
