Connie spoke on the time she and her family spent living in South Africa and of her experiences there. A very interesting afternoon enjoyed by the group . After tea a short time was spent playing table games. SWI Tracy Hill extended a warm welcome to all who had come along to the S W I routine business was soon dealt with before introducing Dorothy and Valerie from the Mill Garden Centre who were to give a short slide show on the various plants etc available at the centre. Then Valerie demonstrated how to fill a flower trough and show various containers for plants all available at the centre. They were thanked on behalf of the group by Sadie Montgomery.
