The Cyrenians OPAL (Older People Active Lives) service helps people over 60 in West Lothian who might be feeling lonely or isolated.

They can help at a time when you want to get back to your old self.

You may have been in hospital, bereaved or retired from work and finding that you need a bit of help to get you going out and about.

The OPAL Service can also help if you are new to the area and would like some help getting to know your community.

Older People Active Lives have volunteers some of whom are in this photograph who can help you find new things to do or new places to go.

If you would like to find out more please call on 01506 815815, email opal@cyrenians.scot or see the Facebook page Cyrenians OPAL – Older People Active Lives. The service offers a number of activities around West Lothian.
