Detailed plans have been approved for new housing at Heartlands near Whitburn.
Taylor Wimpey East Scotland has secured the consent from West Lothian Council for 122 new homes through the development of land off Cults Road in Whitburn – part of the multi-million pound development.
The Heartlands masterplan has plans for 2000 new homes, over 1.5 million square feet of commercial space, as well as retail and leisure facilities that are all set in the West Lothian countryside.
This phase of Taylor Wimpey at Heartlands is a major investment in the local area by the company, and this development will deliver a range of two, three, and four bedroom homes in a variety of styles and sizes to appeal to a wide range of customers.

As well as an impressive range of new homes, our next phase of new homes at Heartlands will provide a range of economic benefits for the local West Lothian area, which includes supporting over 160 jobs per year of construction, as well as the attraction of new customers to local businesses.
